In order for your outgoing email to display your domain-specific address, you’ll need to change your email address in your email program’s identity setup. This is separate from the mail server info for sending and receiving email.
Here are screen shot examples of the email identity setup for some popular email programs. Replace the sample info with the following:
Your Name = The name that you want to display, usually your name or nickname.
you@yourdomain.com = The actual domain-specific email address that you want displayed on your outgoing email.
Your Company = The company name you want to display (if any). Not all email programs have this option.
Mozilla Thunderbird (Windows, Mac & Linux)
Eudora (Windows & Mac)
Outlook and Outlook Express (Windows only)
from the menu select: Edit, Preferences, Mail & Newsgroups, Identity

from the menu select: Tools, Options, Getting Started
from the menu select: Eudora, Preferences, Getting Started

From the menu select: Tools, Accounts, select specific account, Properties, General
